Wellington has over thirteen years experience in staffing of permanent and contract professionals. He began his career as a technical recruiter in 1994 helping clients identify candidates with specific qualifications and skill sets such as Administration, Application Development and Infrastructure Support.

He has been involved in outsourcing services and staffing solutions for various industries including Financial, Biotech/Pharma, Insurance, Technical and Entertainment.

 In 2003, he began specializing in the financial services industry placing quantitative analysts, credit risk and SAS professionals. Wellington joined RL Zapin Associates in 2007 to manage the Financial Services analytic practice globally and will continue to recruit statisticians, quantitative analysts, data management and information technology professionals in the consumer credit and financial services sectors.
